Payment
We accept two payment methods:
- Cash on delivery — you pay the courier upon receipt.
- Online card payment when placing the order.
Delivery
We deliver with Econt and Speedy — to an office, parcel locker or address. The method is selected at the delivery step, where the exact price for your parcel is also shown. As a guide, for a parcel weighing up to one kilogram, the price is between 3,29 and 5,10 €, with delivery to a parcel locker being the least expensive and delivery to an address the most expensive.
Timeframes
Valea luxury lingerie is made to order by the manufacturer and delivered within 2–4 days. All other items are dispatched within one working day.
International orders
We also deliver outside Bulgaria. To place an order from abroad, contact us on 0876 530 104 or via the contact form so that we can agree on the courier and the price.
