Time limit
You may return or exchange purchased goods within 14 days of receiving them.
Conditions
The goods must be unused and clean, free from extraneous odours — cream, perfume or cigarette smoke — in their original packaging, with the labels attached, and accompanied by the sales receipt and a completed complaint and exchange form.
Lingerie
Lingerie may only be returned after being inspected in the courier's presence upon receipt. Lingerie that has been tried on is not accepted for return or exchange. This is a hygiene requirement and no exceptions apply.
Costs and refunds
The courier costs for returns are borne by the customer. We do not accept return parcels sent cash on delivery. Refunds are made only by bank transfer to an account specified by you, within 14 days after we receive and inspect the parcel. The value of the goods is refunded.
