1. The Merchant guarantees its users and customers the confidentiality of the information and personal data they provide. Such data will not be used, disclosed or made known to third parties beyond the cases and conditions set out in the General Terms and Conditions. The Merchant protects the personal data of the user or customer that becomes known when the electronic purchase form is completed; this obligation lapses if the customer has supplied false data. In accordance with applicable law and with the clauses of these General Terms and Conditions, the Merchant may use the customer's personal data solely for the purposes provided for in the contract. Any other purpose for which the data is used will comply with Bulgarian law, applicable international instruments, internet ethics and good practice.
2. The Merchant undertakes not to disclose any personal data of the customer to third parties — state authorities, companies, individuals or others — except where it has obtained the customer's explicit written consent, or where the information has been requested by state authorities or officials who under applicable law are entitled to request and collect such information. The Merchant is obliged to provide the information by force of law.
